Communication that is blunt, terse and rude will not be replied to—simple as that.

I require all new suitors to send a minimum $100 deposit in the form of an e-transfer to reserve a date; the deposit amount is dependent on the length of booking you request.

If you need to cancel or reschedule…please do so with advance notice.

Cancellation with +48hrs notice, we may reschedule using your deposit.

Cancellation of +24hrs notice, your deposit is forfeited and you must send a new one to reschedule.

Cancellation of less than 24hrs, you forfeit your deposit & owe for the full amount of the donation.

In the rare occurrence that I need to cancel, you will be reimbursed your deposit or I can apply your deposit a rescheduled visit.

I am a low volume provider, so each booking is made with intention and care. I value the time each of us have carved out in our busy schedules in order to rendezvous for bespoke delights.

Please text or e-mail me when you have parked & wait patiently in your vehicle until I reply with my buzzer information. It is imperative that we are discreet. What happens in my suite stays in my suite and I prefer for you to slip in and out completely unnoticed. Please do not loiter outside the front entrance if I haven't texted you my buzzer; this could draw unwanted attention from others in my building.

After I have received your deposit, I will ask you to re-confirm our date via e-mail or txt on the day of our date, a minimum of 2 hours prior.

Failure to re-confirm means you are choosing to forfeit your deposit and the date itself. In doing so you will be liable for the full donation. This will be necessary if you wish to book with me in the future.

When we meet, be it in my incall, at your upscale hotel or at a restaurant… I'd like you to make my donation the first thing you take care of after a warm and friendly greeting from me.

If we are at mine, please place the donation somewhere in plain view upon arrival. If we are in public, please place it in a book or card for discretion. When I know you have taken care of me, I will be very eager to take care of you!

Please note that I am extremely hygienic and I expect the same of you. It is very important to me that your fingernails are trimmed as to not hurt my lady parts (as well as bacteria hides under the nail, gross!) I will always ask that you shower upon arrival, my suite is always equipped with fresh towels, body wash and mouthwash, as well as clean linens. I am always freshly showered before you arrive, so I am always smelling divine for your senses.

**I prefer not to shower together, I personally find it awkward to share such a small space and one of us is always cold. Plus, I prefer to keep my hair dry :)

I want us to get lost in each other, fully immersed in the sensations we experience together. I want all of your worries to fall away when you're in my presence. I would also love for you to be mindful of our time together and take a peek at the clock, rather than to catch me glancing at it as if I'm in a rush.
